1. No Refunds or Returns Accepted

At nehakhullar.in, all sales are final. Once an order is successfully processed and confirmed, we do not accept any refund or return requests, except in certain limited and exceptional cases as described below.

This policy helps us maintain high levels of operational efficiency and ensure fair pricing for all our customers by avoiding unnecessary logistics, restocking, and service-related costs.

 

2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Products Only

While we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction, we do make exceptions in the rare event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect product being delivered.

Conditions for Reporting:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Unboxing video or photo evidence must be provided for verification.

If your claim is verified, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the damaged/incorrect product (subject to availability), or
  • A store credit for future purchases at our discretion.


Note: Failure to report the issue within 24 hours may disqualify you from receiving a replacement or store credit.

3. Non-Eligible Scenarios for Refund or Return

We do not entertain refunds or returns under the following circumstances:

  • Customer ordered the wrong size, color, or variant by mistake
  • Minor color or design variation due to screen resolution or lighting
  • Delay in delivery due to courier, weather, or external factors beyond our control
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order items
  • Orders confirmed and dispatched as per policy


 

4. Cancellation Before Processing

  • Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order or before processing/shipping (whichever is earlier).
  • Once the order moves to the processing stage or is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
